Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 3/4 cup semolina

  • 3/4 cup chana flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 3 chopped green chillies

  • 2 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 tin can cream style sweet corns

  • 1/2 kg fenugreek leaves

  • 1 bunch of coriander

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

    Cut and wash the fenugreek leaves

  • 02

    Wash coriander leaves also

  • 03

    Make a batter of semolina and chana flour

  • 04

    Now mix all the ingredients one by one

  • 05

    Grease a baking tin and preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius

  • 06

    Poue the batter in the baking Tin and Sprinkle sesame seeds on it

  • 07

    Place it in the oven and bake at 180 degree Celsius for 45 minutes

    Let it cool , cut and serve
