Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 900 ml vegetable broth


  • 3 cups water


  • 1 tbsp grated ginger


  • 1 tsp soy sauce


  • 160 gms dried wheat noodle


  • 1 nos carrot sliced


  • 2 nos mushroom sliced


  • 6 ounces sugar snap peas


  • 1/2 tsp seasame oil


  • 3 nos baby corns chopped

Directions

  • put vegetable stock and water in large pot
  • add ginger soy sauce and stir to combine
  • put it in the microwave and heat it until it comes to a boil
  • add noodles and cook for 7 minutes until al date
  • add carrots , sugar snap pea, mushrooms, baby corns , water spinach and again cook for 8 minutes
  • now remove from heat , stir in sesame oil and serve hot
