Ingredients

Serves 2

  • vegetable broth 900 ml

  • water 3 cups

  • grated ginger 1 tbsp

  • soy sauce 1 tsp

  • dried wheat noodle 160 gms

  • carrot sliced 1 nos

  • mushroom sliced 2 nos

  • sugar snap peas 6 ounces

  • seasame oil 1/2 tsp

  • baby corns chopped 3 nos

Directions

  • 01

    put vegetable stock and water in large pot

  • 02

    add ginger soy sauce and stir to combine

  • 03

    put it in the microwave and heat it until it comes to a boil

  • 04

    add noodles and cook for 7 minutes until al date

  • 05

    add carrots , sugar snap pea, mushrooms, baby corns , water spinach and again cook for 8 minutes

  • 06

    now remove from heat , stir in sesame oil and serve hot
