Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup all purpose flour


  • 2 boiled potatoes


  • 2 tbs salt


  • 2 tbs cumin seeds


  • 2 tbs raisins


  • 1 tbs corinader powder


  • 150 ml oil


  • 2 tbs white sesame seeds


  • 1 tbs chilli powder


  • 1 tbs amchur powder


  • 1 tsp asafoetedia


  • 1 cup bhujia

Directions

  • For base
  • Add i cup all purpose flour in a big bowl add 2 tbs of oil in the flour 1 pinch of salt add water and knead a soft dough
  • Apply oil and cover it with muslin cloth and rest it for at least 15 minutes
  • For the masala
  • Add 2 tbs of oil add 1 pinch of asafoetedia
  • Add 1 tbs of cumin seeds now add 6 to 8 raisins and fry
  • Now add 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Add 1tbs salt to taste 1 tbs red chilli powder 1 tbs coriander powder 1 tbs amchoor powder
  • Roast potato masala well . Take out in a bowl and mix 2 tbs of bhujia
  • Mix well
  • Now take the all purpose flour and knead it with ur hands . Devide into 2 balls
  • Sprinkle somel all purpose flour on the slap and keep the dough ball over it and roll it with the help.of rolling pin
  • Roll it medium thick . Spread potato batter on it and sprinkle some sesame seeeds over it
  • Now roll the dough with ur hands now cut into the spiral pieces
  • And faltered them with your hands end stick some sesame seeds over the pieces
  • Fry the pieces in hot oil on low medium flame until it turns golden crisp
  • Serve hot bhakarwadi with your favourite dip
  • Garnish with chat masala and sesame seeds
