Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/4 maida

  • 1/8 tsp baking powder

  • 1/16 tsp baking soda

  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce

  • 6 tbsp cheese

  • 1/3 cup chopped veggies

Directions

  • 01

    add the flour in to a microwavable cup

  • 02

    add in baking powder baking soda and salt to taste

  • 03

    mix well and combine using 3 tablespoons of milk or water

  • 04

    add in the pizza sauce and the vegetables. you can use chopped capsicum,carrot, onions any other vegetable that you like you can even Garnish with mushrooms

    Sprinkle with cheese on top

  • 06

    Sprinkle some crushed black pepper for flavour

  • 07

    put in the microwave for 2 minutes

  • 08

    check if it is cooked if not you can cook it for another one minute

  • 09

    enjoy it while it is hot
