  • 1/4 maida

  • 1/8 tsp baking powder

  • 1/16 tsp baking soda

  • 3 tbsp pizza sauce

  • 6 tbsp cheese

  • 1/3 cup chopped veggies


  • add the flour in to a microwavable cup
  • add in baking powder baking soda and salt to taste
  • mix well and combine using 3 tablespoons of milk or water
  • add in the pizza sauce and the vegetables. you can use chopped capsicum,carrot, onions any other vegetable that you like you can even Garnish with mushrooms
  • Sprinkle with cheese on top
  • Sprinkle some crushed black pepper for flavour
  • put in the microwave for 2 minutes
  • check if it is cooked if not you can cook it for another one minute
  • enjoy it while it is hot
