  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup powder sugar or icing sugar for dusting

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 01

    separate the eggs and keep the Yolk and the egg whites into separate bowls

  • 02

    take half of the sugar and beat it with egg yolk until you it becomes soft and fluffy

  • 03

    take the remaining sugar and beat it with the egg whites until they form stiff peaks

  • 04

    sieve the flour baking powder and salt and keep it in a separate bowl

    gently combine the stiff egg whites, fluffy egg yolks and flour. Try not mix it too much so that the air Bubbles are not deflated

    On a baking tray lined with baking paper create long biscuit shape with the batter

    Put the biscuits in the microwave on high for 5 minutes and then on medium for 2 minutes. Check if the biscuit a cooked, if not, you can put them again in the microwave for another 1 minute

    Once the biscuits are cooked allowed them to cool down and then dust icing sugar or powdered sugar on them
