Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Maida - 1 cup.


  • Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup.


  • Milk - 1/4 cup.


  • Baking Soda - 1/4 teaspoon


  • Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon


  • Alpenliebe JuztJelly Flavours (Strawberry and Guava 5-6 pc's)


  • Peanut Butter 1 tablespoon


  • Pinch salt (just 1 chutki)


  • Almonds 7-8pc's


  • Oil - 4 tablespoon.


  • Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon.


  • Vanilla Essence 1-2 drops

Directions

  • Seive maida, baking powder and baking soda, keep aside.
  • Mix milk, peanut butter and oil properly on the other side.
  • Now mix both and beat well in clockwise direction, along with this add sugar, salt, cardamom powder and vanilla essence.
  • Beat nicely, know put some chopped almonds rapped in maida flour along with few Juzt Jelly flavours roughly chopped.
  • Grease the Aluminium baking tin along with the silicon baking flower mould, pour the batter inside.
  • Keep in preheated oven at 150 degree for 40 min.
  • Serve warm.
