Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 200 gram potatoes cut in to 1cm slice

  • 100 gram Onion finely chopped

  • 50 gram tomato puree

  • 3 tbsp thick curd lightly beaten

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed

  • 1/4 tsp asafoetide

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 balck cardamoms ,crushed

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp garam masala 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 3 tbsp oil

Directions

    Heat oil in a 2 liter dish for 1 min

    Add cumin seeds ,asafoetida , cardamoms , ginger , garlic paste microwave for 1 mins

  • 03

    Add onion mix and microwave for 5-7 min . Stir 2-3 times during cooking .now add the tomato puree ,salt and spices .mix well and microwave for 2 min.

    Mix in the potatoes ,peas,curd and water ( 100 ml ) microwave , covered for 5 min stir 3-4 times during cooking allow. to stand covered for 10 min serve hot
