Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup wheat flour


  • 1 cup buttermilk


  • 1 tbsp yeast


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 2 tbsp Milk for brushing


  • 1 tbsp black and white sesame seeds


  • 1 cup crumbled paneer for filling


  • 2 tsp rosemary


  • 1 green chilli


  • 1 tsp Salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Take flour and salt in a bowl
  • Soak yeast in lukewarm water
  • Give a good mix and add buttermilk and soaked yeast
  • At the end add oil in it and mix again
  • Make dough and knead it for 4 to 5 min.
  • Cover with tea towel and keep at warm place
  • For filling heat oil in pan
  • Add paneer and other spices
  • Add rosemary
  • When dough doubles devide it in equal parts
  • Fill them with filling like kachauri
  • Carefully seal and make ball
  • Keep these balls in baking tray and cover for 20 miñ
  • Brush milk and sprinkle sesame seeds
  • Preheat microwave
  • Bake for 20 to 25 min.at 200 degree
