Take flour and salt in a bowl
Soak yeast in lukewarm water
Give a good mix and add buttermilk and soaked yeast
At the end add oil in it and mix again
Make dough and knead it for 4 to 5 min.
Cover with tea towel and keep at warm place
For filling heat oil in pan
Add paneer and other spices
Add rosemary
When dough doubles devide it in equal parts
Fill them with filling like kachauri
Carefully seal and make ball
Keep these balls in baking tray and cover for 20 miñ
Brush milk and sprinkle sesame seeds
Preheat microwave
Bake for 20 to 25 min.at 200 degree
