"Baked Pizza Golgappa"

Ingredients

Serves 20

  • Potato 1 big (boiled & chopped)

  • Tomato 1 (chopped finely)

  • Capsicum 1 (chopped finely)

  • Onion 1 (chopped finely)

  • Garlic 3-4 cloves (chopped finely)

  • Salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon each approximately

  • Coriander leaves chopped (few leaves chopped finely4-5 sprigs)

  • Green chillies 1 (chopped finely)

  • Pizza sauce 1tablespoon

  • Aata golgappa's - 20 pieces

  • Amul cheese cube 2 finely grated

  • Refined oil 1 tablespoon for shallow frying veggies

  • Red chillie flakes for topping 1/4teaspoon

  • Oregano for topping 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

    Take oil in a pan add onion, garlic,capsicum..shallow fry on slow heat, after that add chopped tomato to it,mix well

  • 02

    After few minutes add tomato, boiled potato along with pizza sauce, mix well

  • 03

    Again after few minutes add salt, red chilli powder & garam masala, toss well

    Now add chopped coriander leaves and green chillie, give a nice stir-fry, off the flame and keep aside, cool it

    Break golgappa from centre, put pizza made material inside, garnish with Amul cheese, along with oregano and red chilli flakes on top

    Preheat the microwave convection oven for 1 min at 110 degree, when it beeps open the door place the baking tray inside & give 2 minutes at same 110degree

    Baked pizza golgappa's are ready, serve well
