Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 300 gram refined flour

  • 250 gram green peas

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 1tsp red pepper powder

  • 2tsp coriander powder

  • 1tsp garam masala

  • 1tsp chaar masala

  • 2 tbsp oil to knead the dough 1tsp oil for making filling

  • 1 tsp oil for brushing the kachories

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 2 green chillies

Directions

    Sieve the flour

  • 02

    Add 1/2tsp salt and oil and knead a semi hard dough with lukewarm water

  • 03

    Keep covered with a cloth to rest

  • 04

    Meanwhile boil green peas

  • 05

    Now heat the oil and add cumin seeds

  • 06

    Add finely chopped ginger and green chillies

  • 07

    Add salt and all spices

  • 08

    Fry for 2 minutes and turn off the flame

    Now take a small ball of dough and roll

  • 10

    Fill 1tsp peas masala mixture in it and close

    Make all the same way

    Now brush with oil and bake in microwave oven at 180 degree celcius for 20 minutes at convection mode

    Kachories are ready to eat
