Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 300 gram refined flour


  • 250 gram green peas


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 1tsp red pepper powder


  • 2tsp coriander powder


  • 1tsp garam masala


  • 1tsp chaar masala


  • 2 tbsp oil to knead the dough 1tsp oil for making filling


  • 1 tsp oil for brushing the kachories


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 2 green chillies

Directions

  • Sieve the flour
  • Add 1/2tsp salt and oil and knead a semi hard dough with lukewarm water
  • Keep covered with a cloth to rest
  • Meanwhile boil green peas
  • Now heat the oil and add cumin seeds
  • Add finely chopped ginger and green chillies
  • Add salt and all spices
  • Fry for 2 minutes and turn off the flame
  • Now take a small ball of dough and roll
  • Fill 1tsp peas masala mixture in it and close
  • Make all the same way
  • Now brush with oil and bake in microwave oven at 180 degree celcius for 20 minutes at convection mode
  • Kachories are ready to eat
