Intro: Generally, a lot of Oil is required to fry Papad. This is a totally an Oil-free, easy & quick Microwave Recipe. Moreover, it looks highly professional Restaurant Style Papad. I used Lijjat Punjabi Masala Papad here.
Sprinkle water evenly on a Papad to make it slightly soggy.
Gently roll it & place it in an old narrow glass/tumbler.
Microwave at regular power for 90 seconds.
*Note: Cooking Time depends upon the Cooking Power/Wattage of the Microwave Oven - Mine is 1200 Watts.
