Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar


  • 1 tsp banking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2 ripe banana


  • 1 tbsp chopped almond


  • 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts


  • 1 tbsp chopped roasted peanut


  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup

Directions

  • Peel and slice the bananas.
  • Mash the sliced bananas with a fork.
  • Add sugar.
  • Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix.
  • Add curd and mix.
  • Add oil, vanilla essence and mix.
  • Lastly add chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, roasted peanuts and mix.
  • Add the cake mixture to the muffin moulds and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 160℃.
  • After 20-25 minutes take out from the oven and check with a toothpick. if it comes out clean then your cake is done. Otherwise bake it for another 5 minutes.
  • Allow to cool completely serve with chocolate syrup.
