Eggless Whole Wheat Banana Muffins with Dry Fruits

Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp banking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 ripe banana

  • 1 tbsp chopped almond

  • 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts

  • 1 tbsp chopped roasted peanut

  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup

Directions

    Peel and slice the bananas.

    Mash the sliced bananas with a fork.

    Add sugar.

  • 04

    Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix.

    Add curd and mix.

    Add oil, vanilla essence and mix.

    Lastly add chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, roasted peanuts and mix.

    Add the cake mixture to the muffin moulds and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 160℃.

    After 20-25 minutes take out from the oven and check with a toothpick. if it comes out clean then your cake is done. Otherwise bake it for another 5 minutes.

    Allow to cool completely serve with chocolate syrup.
