Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups of maida
  • 2tsp yeast
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda

Directions

  • Mix yeast in water.
  • Let it rest for 5 mins.
  • Then seive maida, baking powder, baking soda.
  • Add milk into it.
  • Knead the dough well
  • Let it ferment for 15 mins
  • Then knead it again for 10 mins
  • Give it the shape of bird as shown
  • Bake this for 20 mins at 180 degrees
