Ingredients

  • Cottage Cheese 1 Cup (Cut Into small Cubes)


  • Onion 1/2 Cup puree


  • Tomato Puree 1/2 Cup


  • Ginger & Garlic Paste 2 Tsp


  • Butter 1 Tsp


  • Olive Oil 1 Tsp


  • Turmeric 1/2 Tsp


  • Chilly Powder 1/2 Tsp


  • Milk 1 Cup


  • Sugar powder 2 Tsp


  • Salt 1 Tsp


  • coriander leaves 1 Tbsp


Directions

  • Take Butter And Oil Together In A Microwave Safe Bowl And Microwave It For 30 Sec.
  • Add Onion And Ginger Garlic Paste To It And Microwave On High Power For 1 Minute.
  • Add In Tomato Puree, Turmeric Powder And Chilly Powder And Microwave For 2 Minutes. Stir After 1 Minute.
  • Add In Rest Of The Ingredients With Cheese Cubes And Give A Nice And Gentle Stir To It. Microwave It For 3 Minutes And Stir After Every Minute.
  • Paneer Butter Wala or Makhani Paneer is ready to serve with Naan.
