In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, onion, olive oil, salt & pepper. Mix gently.
Place in a 9 OR 9.5 inches Microwave-Safe glass Pie Pan/Dish. Spread properly & evenly in a single layer.
Cover with Microwave Safe Lid or vented Plastic Wrap.
Select Power Level 8 (P8) & Set the Timer at 7 minutes. When done, let stand in the Microwave Oven for 2 minutes.
Gently mix the herbs, cumin, pistachios, lemon juice, more salt if required. (I used 2 cups of fresh cilantro, parsley, basil & mint).
Mound on a platter & serve.
*Note: Cooking Time depends upon the Cooking Power/Wattage of the Microwave Oven - Mine is 1200 Watts.
