Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 onion ..cut into slice

  • 1 cup grated dry coconut

  • 7 to 8 garlic cloves

  • 1 inch Ginger

  • 3 spoon chilli powder

  • 1/4 spoon turmeric powder

  • 4 spoon Garam Masala

  • 1& 1/2 spoon salt

  • 2 spoon oil.

  • 1 glass water

Directions

  • 01

    boil eggs and peel & cut into half

  • 02

    roast onion and coconut until golden brown

  • 03

    cool onion ,coconut and add ginger and garlic to it & make fine Paste by using water

  • 04

    take microwave safe glass bowl put oil and roast the puree on high power for 3 minutes

  • 05

    add red chilli powder, turmeric powder ,Garam Masala and salt to the paste..again micro for 2 min

  • 06

    add water to it and bring it boil to 3 minutes

  • 07

    finally add eggs and again micro for 2 minutes
