Take salt, Red chilli powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Turmeric powder, Red chilli flakes, Ginger Garlic paste, Rice flour and oil in a bowl. Mix well. Do not add water.
Add brinjal slices in it and mix well, till all the slices are coated nicely. Keep aside for 10 mins.
Arrange brinjal pieces on a microwave safe plate. Sprinkle oil over the pieces, cook in microwave on high for 2-3 mins.
Turn them and cook on high for another 2-3 mins.
After this grill for 1-2 min. Brinjal pcs will turn crisp and golden.
Allow some standing time and then take it out of microwave oven. Arrange it in platter and garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds.
Serve hot as side dish with chapati or rice.
