Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup peeled and grated apple
2 tbsp sugar
1.5 cups milk
1.5 tsp corn flour
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl add apple, sugar and water. Mix well and microwave it for two minutes.
In a deep microwave bowl take milk and corn flour. whisk well and microwave it for 4 minutes. stir in between.
combine both bowl ingredients and microwave again for 1 minute.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
