  • 1 cup peeled and grated apple

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1.5 cups milk

  • 1.5 tsp corn flour

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • In a microwave safe bowl add apple, sugar and water. Mix well and microwave it for two minutes.
  • In a deep microwave bowl take milk and corn flour. whisk well and microwave it for 4 minutes. stir in between.
  • combine both bowl ingredients and microwave again for 1 minute.
  • Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
