Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees
Sieve dry ingredients
Whisk sugar,oil and curd
Add pineapple essence and mix
Add dry ingredients in batches and mix in cut and fold method
Transfer in round shaped greased baking disc and bake it for 45 minutes
Cool down and cut in 3 layers
Apply juice of canned pineapple on upper sides of cake, put some chopped pineapple pc's , spread whipped cream over it and flatten it with palette knife
Put chopped pineapple again for the second layer and apply some whipped cream on it and cover with another slice of cake
Wet it with syrup and apply whipped cream over it flatten it
Make neat edges at the border using pink colour, make flowers and leaves on top with whipped cream, spray powder colours of your own choice
Serve decorated with silver balls
