Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1.5 cup plain flour (maida)


  • 2 tbsp boiled & grinded spinach puree


  • 1/2 cupMilk


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp black grinded pepper


  • 1 cup peas


  • 1 chopped carrot


  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Combine maida,salt & black grinded pepper in a bowl.
  • Add spinach puree to it.With the help of milk,knead it well to make dough. *Put wet cotton cloth on it & keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Boil all the veggies in a pan.When they become smooth,stain the water with the help of stainer. *Put all the veggies in a bowl with salt,black grinded pepper,chat masala & lemon juice.Mix well. *After 15 minutes, again knead the dough & make small balls out of it.
  • On a rolling board,put one ball & with the help of rolling pin,make puri out of it. *place 1 tsp of vegetables stuffing on the centre of the puri.Fold it to make a semi circle, seal the edges completely using little watet or u can use gujjiya mould also to give perfect shape to ghugra
  • grease the microwave tray with little oil . *Make ghugras from remaining balls & put them in tray. *Put the tray in microwave.Microwave for 10 minutes. *Take them out & check they are properly cooked or not.Serve hot with any dip of ur choice with tea or coffee.
