Ingredients

  • 3 idlis

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 5 dried chillis

  • 1/2 cup urad dal

  • 1/4 cup chik peas

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup seaseme seeds

Directions

  • 01

    blend all the spices together

  • 02

    Brush oil on top of the idlis

  • 03

    Sprinkle the podi powder nicely on the top of idlis

  • 04

    Bake it for 5 mins at 180 degrees

  • 05

    Serve hot with sambar and chutney
