3 idlis
1 tsp oil
5 dried chillis
1/2 cup urad dal
1/4 cup chik peas
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup seaseme seeds
Directions
blend all the spices together
Brush oil on top of the idlis
Sprinkle the podi powder nicely on the top of idlis
Bake it for 5 mins at 180 degrees
Serve hot with sambar and chutney
