Ingredients

  • 3 idlis


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 5 dried chillis


  • 1/2 cup urad dal


  • 1/4 cup chik peas


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup seaseme seeds

Directions

  • blend all the spices together
  • Brush oil on top of the idlis
  • Sprinkle the podi powder nicely on the top of idlis
  • Bake it for 5 mins at 180 degrees
  • Serve hot with sambar and chutney
