Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cup rice


  • 3 cups of water


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1. Khade masale


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp chilli and turmeric powder


  • 1 cup boiled potatoes


  • 1/2 cup paneer


  • 1)2 cup dry fruits like cashew and raisins


  • 1 cup boiled veggies of ur choice


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Wash the rice properly
  • In a baking dish add rice and water
  • Then add the spices
  • Then add paneer cubes and potatoes and veggies.
  • Top with dry fruits and tsp of ghee
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins
  • Serve hot with chilled raita
