Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 cup rice

  • 3 cups of water

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1. Khade masale

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp chilli and turmeric powder

  • 1 cup boiled potatoes

  • 1/2 cup paneer

  • 1)2 cup dry fruits like cashew and raisins

  • 1 cup boiled veggies of ur choice

  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

    Wash the rice properly

    In a baking dish add rice and water

  • 03

    Then add the spices

  • 04

    Then add paneer cubes and potatoes and veggies.

  • 05

    Top with dry fruits and tsp of ghee

  • 06

    Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins

  • 07

    Serve hot with chilled raita
