1 cup rice
3 cups of water
2 tsp salt
1. Khade masale
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli and turmeric powder
1 cup boiled potatoes
1/2 cup paneer
1)2 cup dry fruits like cashew and raisins
1 cup boiled veggies of ur choice
1 tsp ghee
Directions
Wash the rice properly
In a baking dish add rice and water
Then add the spices
Then add paneer cubes and potatoes and veggies.
Top with dry fruits and tsp of ghee
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins
Serve hot with chilled raita
