Sieve flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt and keep aside.
Mix well eggs and sugar in a bowl .
Add oil and vanilla essence to eggs and sugar mix
Fold in the flour and milk alternately in this mix till all is incorporated.
Pour the batter in a greased pan and spread tutty fruity on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30-35 minutes
Demould when cool and cut into slices and serve
