Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup chopped bhindi

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato

  • 2 garlics

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp jeera powder

Directions

    Wash the chopped bhindis properly

  • 02

    In a baking dish arrange them well

  • 03

    Add salt,chilli powder and turmeric powder and jeera powder to it

  • 04

    Mix it well

    Then in a tadka pan add oil mustard seeds and garlic tomatoes and onions.

    Then add the tempering into the bhindi mix

  • 07

    Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins

  • 08

    Serve hot
