250 gm Ragi flour
100gm oats
2tbs cornflour
1/8tsp salt
80 gm Powder sugar
1/2tsp baking powder
200gm butter
2-3tbs milk
Directions
Powder the oats using a mixer.
Mix all ingredients with the finger tips. make a dough.
Don't knead hard.rest for 5 min.
Roll the dough with 1/2 cm thickness. arrange in a tray.
Bake @ 180°© for 15 min.
