Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 250 gm Ragi flour


  • 100gm oats


  • 2tbs cornflour


  • 1/8tsp salt


  • 80 gm Powder sugar


  • 1/2tsp baking powder


  • 200gm butter


  • 2-3tbs milk

Directions

  • Powder the oats using a mixer.
  • Mix all ingredients with the finger tips. make a dough.
  • Don't knead hard.rest for 5 min.
  • Roll the dough with 1/2 cm thickness. arrange in a tray.
  • Bake @ 180°© for 15 min.
