Ingredients
Serves 8
3/4 cup flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Cocoa powder
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup 2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Sieve flour,sugar, Cocoa powder,salt and baking powder and keep aside.
In a bowl beat yogurt and oil,add vanilla essence
Fold in the flour mix until just Incorporated.
Fold int the chopped walnuts
Pour the batter in a greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30-35 minutes.
Let cool,then demould and cut into pieces
