Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves

  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/2 cup green peas

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 3 tbsp cream

  • 1/4 tsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 onion

  • 1 green chili

  • 1/2 inch ginger

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsp cashewnuts

  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds

Directions

    Wash methi leaves and add 1/2 tsp salt and leave aside for 10 minutes

  • 02

    In a glass bowl, combine methi leaves with 1 tbsp of oil and microwave on high for 2 mins. Keep aside

  • 03

    In another glass bowl,combine peas with 2 tbsp of water and microwave on high for 2 mins. Keep aside

  • 04

    Add milk,cream,sugar,salt and methi leaves and peas to this mix and microwave on high for 2 mins

    Serve hot
