In a microwave safe bowl take ghee at room temperature, milk powder and condensed milk . Mix well and heat it for 1 minute.
Take the bowl out, add the cardamom powder and stir the mixture well.Add saffron milk and mix well.
Heat it again for 1 more minute. Repeat this process for 5-6 times and every time stir the mixture well .
With the 6th time, the mixture should have a nice texture to it and would be beginning to leave the sides.
Let it cool down for 15 minutes. Keep it refrigerated for 15 minutes.
Grease your palms and Shape it into a round ball. Make a dent into the Peda.
Garnish them with pistachios.
