Sieve all the dry ingredients except sugar.
Beat eggs till pale in color.
Add milk, sugar and oil and beat for around 5 minutes
Add the dry ingredients in small portions and beat it till it mixes well.
Repeat the process
Take an oven proof bowl, grease it with oil. Pour the batter into the bowl and microwave it for 7 minutes.
