Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 2 cup water

  • 1/4 cup frozen peas

  • 2 beans

  • 1 big onion

  • 2 green chillies

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1/4 tsp chili powder

  • 3 pinches garam masala

  • Whole garam masala like cardamom4 ,cinnamon 1 stick, cloves 4

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp ghee

  • 1/2 cup coriander and mint leaves

    Soak rice for half an hour

  • 02

    Chop all the vegetables onion and chillies

  • 03

    Take a microwave proof bowl put oil whole spices and garlic paste micro for one minute

  • 04

    Now add all the other ingredients along with 2 cups of water

  • 05

    Stir well cook put in the the microwave and cook on high for 20 minutes

  • 06

    Leave it there for 5 more minutes and then take it out

  • 07

    Add ghee stir well and serve hot
