Soak rice for half an hour
Chop all the vegetables onion and chillies
Take a microwave proof bowl put oil whole spices and garlic paste micro for one minute
Now add all the other ingredients along with 2 cups of water
Stir well cook put in the the microwave and cook on high for 20 minutes
Leave it there for 5 more minutes and then take it out
Add ghee stir well and serve hot
