Heat oil for a minute in microwave on HIGH power and Onions to it and microwave it for 2 minutes.
Add in all the spices and again microwave for about 30 secs.
Remove it and add chopped bhindi. Mix it well and microwave for 4 minutes on HIGH.
Remove and stir it well again. Microwave it for 3 more minutes . In total, it is done in 7-8 minutes .
To make it little more crispy and crunchy, microwave for 2 more minutes.
Less oil Bhindi Masala is ready to serve.
