Ingredients
Serves 6
1 Chopped broccoli
2 eggs
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup red bell pepper
2 tsp fine flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 chopped green chilli
6 cheese cubes
1 tsp oil
Directions
Heat up oil in a pan add onions and bell pepper Sauté for 1 minute
Now add salt , green chilli and broccoli Cook for 3-4 minute
Now add eggs and fine flour in this mixture and mix well
Now take a silicone mould and fill half of the mixture and add a cheese cube then pour the other half mixture
Now microwave it for 5 to 6 minutes
Let it cool and demould them. Enjoy the healthy diet
