Peel,core and chop the apples into pieces. Chop the walnuts into pieces also
In a bowl,mix condensed milk and oil
Sift together flour,milk powder,baking powder,baking soda ,salt and cinnamon powder.
Add all the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Add milk to adjust the consistency.
In a greased and lined pan,put half of the mix and spread apple and Walnut pieces.
Put the remaining half and top with more apple and walnuts,brown sugar and cinnamon powder.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 35-40 mins till a skewer comes out clean.
Demould and serve when cool
