Sieve together flour,baking powder,baking soda,salt and cinnamon powder and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl add sugar and oil and mix well. To this add eggs one by one.
To the mix add orange zest and grated carrots
Fold in the flour slowly till lump free batter is formed
Pour in a greased and lined cake tin and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
Add orange juice and cinnamon powder to the icing sugar to make a drizzle.
Demould the cake when cool, cut into pieces and serve with drizzle
