  • 2 Cup maida

  • 1 cup dudh 1 cup shakkar

  • 1 cup ghee ya butter

  • 1/2 chammach Baking powder

  • 1/4 chammach baking soda

    Sabse pahle gajar ko dho ke chil ke tukde kar lenge

  • 02

    Ab mixi ke jar me gajar dudh aur shakkar daal ke pees lenge

    Ab ek bowl me maide me ghee ya butter daal ke achche se mix karenge

  • 04

    Ab usme peesi hui gajar ka pest daal ke achche se milayenge

  • 05

    Ab baking powder aur baking soda daal ke achche se milayenge

  • 06

    Ab cake pot me ghee laga ke usme pura pest daal ke achche se hila denge taki usme hawa na rahe

  • 07

    Ab pahle se garam microwave me 180 dgree me 40 minut pakayenge

  • 08

    Ab garnish kar ke garam ya thanda serve karenge
