Sieve flour,baking powder,salt,cocoa powder and sugar and keep aside
Take buttermilk in a mixing bowl and add oil to it,mix well.
Add vanilla essence and mix well
Add the dry ingredients in batches till it all mixes well
Line the muffin mould with liners and pour batter to fill them 3/4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 18-20 mins till a skewer comes out clean.
Eat them right away or use some colourful sprinkles and serve later
