First prepare the yeast
In a mug add the yeast, sugar and warm water and whisk
Set aside for the yeast to rise
Make the infusion oil
Heat the olive oil and add the garlic, chilli flakes, Italian herbs, salt and pepper
Saute on slow flame. We need the oil to get infused with our spices
Take the bloomed yeast in a bowl
Add 2 cups flour
Add 3/4 of the infused oil
Knead the dough with hands
Knead for 12 to 15 mins
Use the left over flour to knead a nice dough
Oil the dough and let it rise
It may take 45 mins
In a baking pan apply the baking paper and put the remaining infused oil
Now place our rise dough over the infused oil
Poke with ur fingers
Place sliced tomatoes and capsicum
Drizzle some olive oil on top
let it rise for 15 mons
Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius
Bake the foccacia for 30 to 40 mins
Serve with pizza sauce
