Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 2 cup maida

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup refined oil

  • 100 gm cheena paneer( curdle the milk using lemon, squeeze water nicely and then then use it)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup milk or as required for the dropping consistency

  • Round Aluminium mould -greased and floured( 1/4 teaspoon Just to dust)

  • For icing:- Pure white icing cream 1 small bowl

  • Powder spray colours just to sprinkle on flowers 1/4 teaspoon each colour

Directions

    Place maida, sugar, oil, cheena(paneer), vanilla baking powder and baking soda in a bowl and beat well with a beater, till smooth.

    Add milk little at a time and beat it again. The batter should have dropping and smooth consistency. If does not have such consistency, add a little more milk and beat again.

    Pour into aluminum cake mould and bake in a pre-heated oven 50 minutes at 150 degrees

    Insert a skewer or knife in the cake. if it comes out clean your cake is ready.

    Now when the cake is cool, cut and divide into 3 layers, put sugar water syrup in each layer, then again layer it with snow white icing, repeat the process and make a three layered snowhill cake top, decorate as desired.
