Ingredients

Serves 9

  • 500gm maida

  • 200gm water

  • 100gm milk

  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

  • 5tbs oil

  • 6tbs powder sugar

  • 1 1/2tsp salt

  • 1tbs granular sugar

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1tbs of granular sugar.rest for 10 min.

    Add every thing in maida & mix

  • 03

    Knead the smooth dough with the yeast water. Keep it for 1 hours covering with cling wrap till becomes double.

    Dust the counter with flour & punch the dough.

  • 05

    Divide into 2 part & make ball.roll with 1/2 inch thickness.

    Cut the donuts again proofing for 30-40 min.

  • 07

    Brush with milk on it & bake at 190°© for 15 min on convection mode

  • 08

    Deep in ganach or melted chocolate.decorate with sprinkle
