1 cup rawa or semolina
1 cup homemade curd
1 pinch of rock salt
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 pinch of red chilli powder
1 pinch of garam and chaat masala
1 pinch of ASAFETIDA
1 teaspoon rai or mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp curry leaves
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tablespoon onion chopped
1 tablespoon tomatoes chopped
1 tablespoon green chili chopped
1 tablespoon ginger garlic chopped
1 pinch of fruit salt
1 tablespoon peas
1 tablespoon corns boiled
1 tablespoon boiled potatoes chopped
1 tablespoon boiled cabbage chopped
1 tablespoon chopped boiled carrots
Directions
Mix curd as well semolina properly
Add all the spices together inside mixture
Now in a pan put some oil and add all left ingredient
Roast them then add to mixture
Let wait for 30 minutes
Now add fruit salt
Mix well and take a microwaveable bowl
Grease it and add mixture inside
Set at 1 minute 40 seconds
Yummy healthy microwave idli is ready
