Ingredients

  • 1 cup rawa or semolina


  • 1 cup homemade curd


  • 1 pinch of rock salt


  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper


  • 1 pinch of red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch of garam and chaat masala


  • 1 pinch of ASAFETIDA


  • 1 teaspoon rai or mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp curry leaves


  • 1 tsp chili flakes


  • 1 tablespoon onion chopped


  • 1 tablespoon tomatoes chopped


  • 1 tablespoon green chili chopped


  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic chopped


  • 1 pinch of fruit salt


  • 1 tablespoon peas


  • 1 tablespoon corns boiled


  • 1 tablespoon boiled potatoes chopped


  • 1 tablespoon boiled cabbage chopped


  • 1 tablespoon chopped boiled carrots

Directions

  • Mix curd as well semolina properly
  • Add all the spices together inside mixture
  • Now in a pan put some oil and add all left ingredient
  • Roast them then add to mixture
  • Let wait for 30 minutes
  • Now add fruit salt
  • Mix well and take a microwaveable bowl
  • Grease it and add mixture inside
  • Set at 1 minute 40 seconds
  • Yummy healthy microwave idli is ready
