In a mixing bowl,add butter beat it until softened.add sugar powder, egg and milk beat it until the mixture is smooth. add vanilla extract, salt, flour, baking soda, baking powder stir well just until the mixture mixed.
Now prepared the cup, carefully pour the cake batter in to the cup but filling them about half full.
Bake the cupcakes in the center of the oven for 20 minutes,until springs and toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, now Vanilla cup cake is ready,
