In warm water add yeast,sugar rest 20 minutes for rise
In a bowl add maida,garlic, yeast knead soft dough
Rest for 1 hour in warm place to rise double the dough
Take a big ball of dough ,roll like a thick roti
Spread corn,some olives,cheese dry herbs in half part of roti,
Cover the stuffed part by half part of roti
Cut 4,5 on bread,,gread with butter or milk sprinkle Italian herbs,olives
Put in a grease baking tray
