Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Mooli cut into rings around 40 slices along with greens chopped


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • pinch of salt (approximately 1/4 teaspoon)


  • 1/2 tsp jeera

Directions

  • In a bowl mix the oil and spices , add radish slices. Mix well to ensure all slices are coated evenly with the mixture.
  • Arrange in a microwave plate or borosil microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave covered at 100% power for 5 minutes. Mix them nicely and again microwave at 50% power for another 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy delicious Healthy Jeera Mooli Sabzi.
  • Serve hot.
