Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 300 grams puff sheets 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 cup chopped potatoes ( steamed)

  • 3 tbsp green peas (steamed)

  • 3 tbsp chopped tomatoes

  • 3 tbsp chopped carrots (steamed)

  • 3 tbsp chopped onions

  • 1 tspn ginger,garlic paste

  • 1 tspn green chili paste

  • 1/2 tspn red chili powder

  • 1/2 tspn cumin powder

  • 1 tspn kitchen king masala(own choice)

  • 1/2 tspn salt(as taste)

  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan,add chopped onions saute for a minute till the onions turn s light brown,add Ginger, garlic,paste, salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder, coriander powder and saute till the raw aroms of ginger garlic goes away.add steamed veggies potatoes, carrot, peas, tomatoes saute for 2 to 3 mintues in medium flame. now add kitchen king masala powder, mix well and keep the veggies stuffing aside for the cool down.

    Now take puff sheet and roll it in thick base,slice in rectangles.place 2/3 tbsp of thr the stuffing in center.brush the edges with milk.then join and lightly press the edges of each puff.

    Now place the puffs in the preheated oven,bake the puff for 30 to 40 minutes at 250° till the crust should become golden.now Veg Puff is ready.
