Combine the first four ingredients and need the dough by adding water in small quantity. It should be semi soft dough as we knead for rotis, rest it for 30 minutes
Now pat butter from rolling pin(belan) just to make it little bit thin
Now take the half dough knead soft edges and roll like a normal size chapati.
Place the butter in between the chapati and cover the butter by making square
Roll slightly with stuffed butter inside. It should be in rectangle shape
Don't spend too much time in this process else butter will melt
Keep in fridge for 2 hours. Again take it out and wait for 5 minutes roll again keep folding as we fold out brackets
You can follow these steps as many times possible
For filling I have used strawberry pulp and sugar but you can use cream cheese any other fruit pulp as per your choice .
You can make any kind of shapes like stars and hearts
Bake your pastry at 200 degree Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes
Cool cut and serve
