Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups besan


  • 1/2 cup water


  • 3 cups of curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp methi seeds


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp chopped curry leaves


  • 1 dried chilli


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp eno

Directions

  • Using besan water eno salt .ake batter for pakodas
  • Then cook them at 180 degrees for 15 mins
  • Then blend the curd nicely
  • Add masalas like chilli powder turmeric powder salt and sugar. then cook it in the oven for 5 mins
  • Then add the pakodas to it
  • For tempering in one tsp of oil add,mustard seeds chilli methi ke dane and curry leaves
  • Then mix all the things in the curd and finally bake it with pakodas for 15 mins
  • Kadi pakoda is ready
