Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 2 cups besan

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 3 cups of curd

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp haldi powder

  • 1 tsp methi seeds

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tsp chopped curry leaves

  • 1 dried chilli

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp eno

Directions

    Using besan water eno salt .ake batter for pakodas

  • 02

    Then cook them at 180 degrees for 15 mins

  • 03

    Then blend the curd nicely

  • 04

    Add masalas like chilli powder turmeric powder salt and sugar. then cook it in the oven for 5 mins

    Then add the pakodas to it

    For tempering in one tsp of oil add,mustard seeds chilli methi ke dane and curry leaves

    Then mix all the things in the curd and finally bake it with pakodas for 15 mins

    Kadi pakoda is ready
