Eggs 2 Milk 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cheese 1/4 cup grated
herbs [oregano/thyme/basil/rosemary] - 1/2 tsp each
Salt to taste
Stuffing- Boiled potatoes 2
Chaat masala 1/4 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
Red Chilly 1/4 tsp or to taste
Cumin Powder 1/4 tsp
In a mixing bowl take boiled potatoes and add spices to it. Mix it well.
In another mixing bowl take eggs and whisk it add milk and black pepper and cayenne pepper to it. Mix well
Take a Muffin mould or small cups and pour eggs in it and roll the balls of potatoes and dip it in egg mix.
Top it with herbs for garnishing and Microwave it for 2 minutes .
Instant stuffing Egg Muffins are ready to serve.
