Ingredients
Serves 15
Unsalted Softened Butter ½ Stick
Granulated Sugar 3 Tbsp
Plain All Purpose Flour 1 Cup
Vanilla Essence 1/4 tsp
Christmas sprinkles to decorate
Icing (glace – Red, white and Green) Optional
Directions
To make butter soften whisk it thoroughly in a bowl and beat in the sugar .
In a mixing bowl take sifted flour , baking soda and then add fluffed butter sugar mix. knead it to make it smooth dough.
Now roll the dough into a big disk and cut with Christmas special Cookie cutters.
Line the cookies on a baking tray and preheat microwave at 180 deg C.
Bake the cookies for 15 minutes and yummy Christmas cookies are ready.
Cool it on stand and serve.
